=====Slow Hydro=====

Hydro power does not have to involve a turbine and large height differences. Power
can also be extracted as the water slowly spins in a vortex. An Austrian company (zotloeterer)
build several of these slow hydro power plants. Cheaper, simpler and just as usefull.
