=====Making PV Panels Using Silicones=====

One can make PV panels by encapsulating the cells in silicon resin. Silicons can be highly transparent, UV resistant and weather proof. processing it is less hassle than PUR, but silicone rubber is more expensive.

====Process====

===Perparing the panel===
1. Tab cells
2. Clean cells
3. Make strings
4. Clean strings
5. Clean glass (no fat)
6. Seal glas in mold (no leaking off the side)

===Mixing the Silicone===
1. Mix the components
2. Degass
3. Cover the cells front
4. Lay down the cells
5. Pour the rest of the resing
6. Cover with backing
