=====Making PV Panels Using Poly Urethane=====

One can make PV panels by encapsulating the cells in Polyurethane (PUR). This type of plastic can be highly transparent, UV resistant and weather proof. PUR is a sensitive substance however.

====Process====

===Perparing the panel===
1. Tab cells
2. Clean cells
3. Make strings
4. Clean strings
5. Clean glass (no fat)
6. Seal glas in mold (no leaking off the side)
7. Lay out cells (possibly fix them) top side up

===Mixing the PUR===
1. Mix the components
2. Degass
3. Pour
4. Degass mold
5. Wait
