A question has a deadline after which it can no longer be voted on. The results remain stored. This is to make it possible for questions to be raised and resolved within a certian period, keeping them actual.

====Log====
A new table was created called questions. the aim is to create a toplevel where questions are posed. The question is bound by a country, city or geolocation. This geolocation is a pasted in link to google maps for the time being. Hopefully questions can be found by location eventually.

===How democracies work===
A user can create a democracy which is based on a question that invites suggestions. The democracy has an expiration date, which is the date at which the vote will be closed. After expiration the results will stay online for a week more and then deleted.
The user that creates the democracy forwards a link he recieves to whomever he/she wants to participate. All participants need to have their own ip adresses.
-Implementation of private democracies

Right now Addemocracy is global. It will be possible to define your own democracy, based on email and a name. Other features will be an email update on a daily or weekly basis.
You can add your own recommendations. If they are adopted they get their own life, meaning the recommendation will exist independent of whether you still adopt it. A recommendation that nobody adopts disappears (no record). There is a limit to the number of recommendations you can adopt, so you need to prioritize in order to combine forces.
You IP is your ID, a cookie is stored that will expire, when that happens your selection is lost.
We remove records after a while so people that do not revisit do not influence the votes.

Deletions:
Addemocracy is about mapping states, mapping waypoints and endpoints that we want to either achieve or avoid. What facts do you want to be true that are not, what situations are true that you want to signal as not good? By adopting the way and endpoints thay you believe are good you can tell others what you think and create a realtime poll on the way forward.

Identification becomes important when you want to know how the voters in a specific region are positioned. Also if the public wants to know what politicians really believe or want, they can ask him/her to identify him/her self on this site and show what they support. Also if there is an issue an electable official wants to champion he/she can identify his/her self and indicate they champion a certain state (not implemented yet).
